  First timer at Spuds, I was very impressed with the staff and the food. Highly recommend the country fried chicken. With southern gravy reminds me of my visits with grandma in west virgina. The next time I come in I want to try there deserts (Was too full). They look yummy too. I think I drank too much coffee. (Kept asking for refills whispering coffeeeee). I work for an Hotel and first impressions are very important when working with the public. I giving them an A+. I enjoyed everything.

  Good mashed potatoes.... The onion rings need alot of work though. Nothing I tried was anything to call home to but it was decent. The drafts weren't to pricey during the summer. They need to add some vegan /vegetarian menu options on account their current menu caters to carnivores. You need to appeal to all to get the most business possible and the fact they have very little to nothing in that category is why they are rated 3 stars.

  I remember this location in 50's & 60's as called ... Heck Allen's. Now Spud's. Close to home, friendly help there. Food is good, variety good.
